Do I need an account?
No. goodrent works without any sign-up. Your deals are stored privately on your device.
How does goodrent calculate the verdict?
It runs your purchase price and rent through a full underwriting model — mortgage payment, property tax, insurance, vacancy, maintenance, capex and management — to estimate your monthly cash flow, then grades the deal and shows the key investor metrics (cap rate, cash-on-cash, DSCR, the 1% rule). You can adjust every assumption.
What do I get with Pro?
Unlimited saved deals, lender-ready PDF reports, real income & expense tracking, and your own custom default assumptions. Pro is available as an annual plan ($29.99/yr, with a 3-day free trial), a monthly plan ($5.99/mo), or a one-time Lifetime purchase ($79.99).
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name → Subscriptions, then select goodrent. You can also restore a previous purchase from the paywall in the app.
I changed phones — how do I get Pro back?
Open the app, go to the upgrade screen, and tap Restore. As long as you're signed in with the same Apple Account, your Pro access will be restored.
Is my data backed up?
Your deals are stored on your device. Deleting the app deletes its data, so export a PDF of any deal you want to keep.
