Privacy Policy

goodrent ("the app", "we", "us") is built privacy-first. This policy explains what the app does and does not do with your information. In short: your data stays on your device, and we do not collect personal information.

Information we collect

None that personally identifies you. goodrent does not require an account, sign-up, email address, or login. The property deals you create, your numbers, and any photos you add are stored locally on your device using Apple's on-device storage. We cannot see them, and they are never uploaded to us or any server.

Purchases

If you buy a goodrent Pro subscription or the Lifetime option, the transaction is handled by Apple. We use RevenueCat, a third-party service, to validate and manage your purchase status. For this purpose, RevenueCat processes a randomly generated, anonymous app user identifier and your subscription/receipt information. This data is used only to unlock the features you paid for and to restore purchases. It is not used to advertise to you. Analytics, ads, and tracking

goodrent does not show ads, does not track you across other apps or websites, and does not use third-party advertising identifiers. The core calculator works fully offline.

Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information, because we do not collect it. Your deal data is not shared with anyone unless you choose to export and send a PDF report yourself.

Data retention and deletion

Because your data lives only on your device, you are always in control. Deleting a deal removes it. Deleting the app removes all of its locally stored data from your device.

Children

goodrent is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any information from them.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update the date above and post the revised version on this page.
